You will need to set up an account before using the Water Consumption Portal. Please note that a copy of your water bill is needed to complete this process.
Watch the tutorial video or follow the instructions below to set up your Customer Portal account.
- Click here to visit the sign in page
- Select the "Need to set up an account?" link below the email address and password fields
- Review and accept the terms and conditions
- Enter your email address and click “Get started”
- You should now receive a confirmation email. Check your email account and click on the link provided. The link will expire after 24 hours.
- Enter your account number including all decimals as well as your meter number. Both can be found on your water/wastewater utility bill.
- Create a password and click “Submit".
Please Note: If you are registering using a mobile device, it may ask for a “security token provided by your utility". Please enter your water meter number in this field.
