Add a NEW account: This option is to be selected if you are a NEW property owner looking to open an account.

Make CHANGES to your existing account: This option is to be selected if you are a CURRENT property owner looking to make changes to your account such as:

• Signing up to receive your property tax and/or water and wastewater bills by email.
• Change your mailing address
• Set up or remove a tenant from your water and wastewater account.

CANCEL an existing account: This option is to be selected for property owners who have sold their property and wish to cancel their account.
