    In partnership with consulting firm, Delphi, the Town of BWG is developing a Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Strategy (CCMAS) to address climate change risks and help the community adapt to a changing climate.

    BWG Introduces New Water Consumption Portal

    NEW Water Consumption Portal

    Stay informed about your water consumption and help reduce the risk of extended leaks!

    The Town of BWG has launched a new Water Consumption Portal for property owners to monitor their water consumption prior to receiving their water/wastewater utility bill. The online portal also allows owners to set up email notifications when higher than normal water usage is detected at their property.

    Spring 2024 Hydrant Flushing

    Starting March 11 for BWG South

    Every Spring and Fall, the Town’s Water Division completes watermain flushing, which consists of running water at every hydrant to ensure a clean and fresh water supply for our municipal water customers.

    Starting Monday, March 11, and over the following several weeks, water will be run at every hydrant in BWG.

    Town of BWG 2023 Annual Water Quality Report

    The Town of BWG is pleased to announce that in accordance with Section 11 of Ontario Drinking Water Systems Regulation 170/03, the 2023 annual report for water quality is now available for review. The Annual Report covers the period of January 1 to December 31.

    February 22, 2024

    WHEREAS: World Thinking Day has united Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world for a day of international friendship over the past 90 years, first celebrated in 1926; and

    WHEREAS: Youth members in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury and beyond benefit from the opportunity to speak out on issues that affect girls and young women, celebrate the founding of Girl Guides and be connected to the 8.8 million members in 153 countries who are part of the Guiding.
