Notice of Road Work: Beginning June 12, 2025The installation of microsurfacing will be taking place as part of the Town’s 2025 Road
Rehabilitation Program on the following roads:- Line 5 – Highway 27 to the west Town limit
- Line 7 – Lallien Drive to the west Town limit
- Line 9 – Sideroad 5 to Sideroad 10
- Bridge Street – Dissette Street to Canal Road **NIGHT WORK**
Micro-surfacing is a blend of aggregates and asphalt emulsions which repairs rutting and provides a new road surface.
Work is expected to begin THURSDAY, JUNE 12th, weather permitting.

Temporary Road ClosureFrederick Street will be temporarily closed from Barrie Street to Moore Street, along with a closure on Moore Street from Frederick Street to Hurd Street.

Ramp Closure at Canal RoadStarting Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the Highway 400 ramps at Canal Road will be permanently closed.
Motorists can use the Highway 9 or Line 5 interchanges for local access to Canal Road, Wist Road, or Davis Road.
