Temporary road closures are scheduled to accommodate events such as parades and events.
Following is the list of scheduled road closures for 2026:

Remembrance Day Road ClosuresBradford Legion Remembrance Day Parade
The following temporary road closures will take place on Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 12:15-1:00 pm at the following locations, for the Bradford Legion Remembrance Day Parade;
- Collings Avenue, from Maplegrove Avenue to Holland Street
- Holland Street, from Toronto Street to Bingham Street
- Bingham Street, from Holland Street to Back Street
- Back Street, from Bingham Street to the Bradford Legion

Lane Closure: October 28, 2025Temporary Lane Closure on Line 6 – October 28, 2025
As part of the servicing requirements for a proposed daycare at 2619 Line 6, crews will be connecting the property to the Town’s watermain. To complete this work safely, a temporary daytime lane closure and lane shift will be in place on Line 6, just west of Simcoe Road, from 7:00 a.

Road Closure - Mulock Drive, Bond Head October 20, 2025Temporary Road Closure and Water Interruption – Mulock Drive, Bond Head
As part of the Lindvest Development project, a new watermain connection is being installed on Mulock Drive in Bond Head.
To complete this work, Mulock Drive (behind the cemetery) will be closed to through traffic from 7:00 a.

Road Closure: October 20Queen Street will be closed between Rebecca Street and Barrie Street from October 20–24 for the installation of new services.
The road will re-open each night, but please plan ahead and follow posted detours.

Carrot Fest 2025 Road ClosuresPlease be advised of the following road closures, detours, and parking details for Carrot Fest.
The following roads will be closed on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 am until Sunday, August 17 at 3:00 am:
- Holland Street from Holland Court to Colbourne Street
- Simcoe Road from Holland Street to where it intersects with Mary Street
- Barrie Street from John Street to Holland Street

Notice of Road Work: Beginning June 12, 2025The installation of microsurfacing will be taking place as part of the Town’s 2025 Road
Rehabilitation Program on the following roads:- Line 5 – Highway 27 to the west Town limit
- Line 7 – Lallien Drive to the west Town limit
- Line 9 – Sideroad 5 to Sideroad 10
- Bridge Street – Dissette Street to Canal Road **NIGHT WORK**
Micro-surfacing is a blend of aggregates and asphalt emulsions which repairs rutting and provides a new road surface.
Work is expected to begin THURSDAY, JUNE 12th, weather permitting.
