Registered Program Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be provided for any programs that the Town cancels before the program start date.

 

Registered Programs Refund Policy

Full Refund Requests submitted prior to the first day of the program
Note: Camps, Aquatic Leadership and Private lessons require five days’ notice.
Pro-Rated Refund (based on remaining classes) Requests to withdraw submitted before the second day of the program.
Illness/Injury-related requests to withdraw submitted after the first day of the program.
No pro-rated refunds will apply to Camps, Aquatic Leadership and Private lessons.
No Full or Pro-Rated Refund Requests submitted after the second day of the program.
Missed classes due to illness.
Make-up Classes Not available for any reason.
Credit When programs are cancelled by the Town due to unforeseen circumstances.
Transfers Once a camp has started, no refunds or transfers are permitted.

Membership Refund Policy

Full Refund Requests submitted up to 10 days after purchase for unused memberships
Pro-Rated Refund (based on remaining days/uses) Illness/Injury-related requests
Credit (full or pro-rated) Requests submitted within the membership terms
