Agendas, Minutes and Schedules

Meetings of Council and Committee of the Whole are held in the Zima Room, Library and Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West. Advisory Committee meetings are mainly held at the Growth Services Boardroom, 305 Barrie Street, Unit 2 or at another Town facility as described in the agenda. The Committee of Adjustment meetings are being held electronically.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings in person to view or participate in the meetings. All Council meetings will also be streamed live, where possible, or posted for later viewing on the Town of BWG YouTube Channel.

Agendas and minutes from September 20, 2022 until present day can be accessed through the meeting calendar below through the calendar or list view. Agendas and minutes from prior to September 20, 2022 are available by contacting the Clerks Division by calling 905 775 5366 or emailing clerk@townofbwg.com

Calendar View

Click on the meeting that you are interested in viewing and a pop up with the agenda and the minutes will display. You can either view in HTML or PDF.

List View

If you click on “list” on the right of the meeting calendar it will display the meetings in a list instead of a calendar. Scroll further down to view meetings by meeting type. You can expand the list for a specific meeting type as well as filter by year in the top right corner.

There are many ways in which the public can be involved in municipal governance:

  • Participating in a Council or Committee meeting through open forum or by deputation: Please see our Speaking Before Council/Committees page for more information on the different ways to participate.
  • Sitting as a member of a Committee: Please see our Committee Membership page for current vacancies.
  • Observing Council or Committee Meetings: The public is welcome to watch meetings conducted in open session either in person or online on the Town of BWG Youtube Channel – please view the calendar below for specific information on location and if the meeting will be livestreamed.

Council and Committee of the Whole

The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Council meetings start at 7 p.m. Meeting agendas are generally available 5 days in advance of the scheduled meeting.

Advisory Committees
Generally, advisory committee meetings follow a schedule. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
