Notice: Pond Cleaning 2024

A required stormwater management pond cleaning will begin on July 29 in the Summerlyn Village subdivision. Weather permitting, the cleaning will take approximately 8 weeks to complete.

During the duration of the work, tankers will be required to transport any material that is removed from the pond to a nearby storage site. A haul route will be in place to ensure smooth transportation through the area. You can find the haul route below.

We ask residents to exercise extreme caution around the pond and to avoid entering the area while work is underway
