Request for Establishment of a New Cemetery

TAKE NOTICE that on October 17, 2023, Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury refused the approval for the establishment of a cemetery at 3369 Line 13 determining the proposal was not in the interest of the public.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Registrar or any person with an interest therein may, within 15 days after publication of this notice refer the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal for a hearing.
