Notice of Construction Highway 11 Township of King

This will serve as formal notification of construction on Highway 11, northwest of Bathurst Street in the Township of King.

Description:

• York Region is rehabilitating a bridge

• Bridges allow rivers, streams and wildlife to pass freely under the road
• This work includes improving the supports located underneath the bridge

Duration:

• September 15, 2023 until late November 2023

Impacts to Travellers:

• Bridge work will occur on weekdays and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Disruption to traffic is not anticipated, with the exception of occasional short-term lane closures to accommodate equipment and materials needed to complete repairs
• Access to homes and businesses will be maintained

As with all road construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
