TAKE NOTICE that on September 20, 2022, Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury determined that the establishment of a new cemetery at 3999 Sideroad 10 was in the public interest.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Registrar or any person with an interest therein may, within 15 days after the day of publication of this notice, appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
