Help Shape the Future of Bradford West Gwillimbury

You are invited to attend an Open House to discuss exciting updates to the Town’s Growth Management Plan, focusing on the Major Transit Station Area (MTSA) near the Bradford GO Station and special policies for the Bridge Street Corridor.

The MTSA is envisioned to support vibrant, sustainable growth, with plans to welcome up to 5,800 new residents and achieve a density of 150 people and jobs per hectare by 2051, as required by provincial legislation. If you live, work, or own property in this area, these plans will shape the future of your community—guiding growth, development, and opportunities in the years ahead.
