Growth Management Visioning WorkshopJoin us for an upcoming Visioning Workshop to discuss the growth, intensification, and future development of BWG, and to help inform the vision for the Town to the year 2051. Feedback from the Visioning Workshop will guide the review of intensification opportunities and challenges, with a focus on the area surrounding the Bradford GO Station and Bridge Street, existing residential areas, employment areas, and the expansion of urban boundaries.

BWG Celebrates the Official Grand Opening of 177 Church StreetAfter two years of construction, the Town of BWG officially opened its doors at its 177 Church Street building during a grand opening ceremony on June 27.
Together with Tony Van Bynen, Member of Parliament for Newmarket—Aurora, the project team, town staff, tenants, and community members, the Town of BWG proudly celebrated the transformation of the former Bradford Public School.

Celebrate The Outdoors at BWG’s Trails Day 2024In celebration of International Trails Day and its goal to promote the importance of hiking trails, healthy lifestyles, and outdoor recreation, the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is hosting its Annual Trails Day and the Mayor’s Hike for Health on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
Join Council, staff, and local hikers at Scanlon Creek Conservation Area from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, to learn about the area during a guided hike from staff at the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority.
