Notice of Public Meeting for Town-Initiated Proposed Zoning By-law AmendmentTake notice that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has initiated an amendment to the Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2010-050 in order to conform with Provincial and municipal legislation in relation to permissions for Barrier-Free Parking Standards, and to update and modernize provisions relating to Accessory Farm Employee Accommodations, Height for Accessory Dwellings in Residential Zones, and restrictions on residential dwellings in Countryside Zones.
